Visitor Parking Policy

Subject to change without warning.

a) Overnight Visitor Parking:

Defined: as parking between 9pm to 9am.
Allotment: Each unit is allotted a maximum total of 3 overnight non-cumulative parking permits per suite occupied per month. Subject to availability.

b) Daytime Visitor parking:

Defined as parking between 9am to 9pm.
Allotted: Parking is allotted on blocks of 6 hour parking or a portion of. Each tenant can have a maximum of ten such, non cumulative, time blocks per month, based on availability.

c) Protocol on booking a parking spot

i. Request by email 9am to 4pm - Mon to Fri
ii. Date, time requested, and vehicle license plate
iii. Confirmation will be sent by email and cc’d to the property manager

d) Ticketing:

i. Failure to conform to the above rules will result in ticketing and towing at the owners expense
ii. Unauthorized parking will result in ticketing and or towing at the vehicle owner’s expense
iii. Tenants are not permitted to confront the property manager in the event that the ticket is given by the property manager
iv. Tenants are not permitted to request the property manager to ignore a violation

e) Requests for Additional Visitor Parking Beyond the Allotted:

Requests for visitor parking in addition to the above allotted visitor parking for each suite will come with a cost. That cost will be due and payable as a separate cheque made out to Dundas Tomken Apartments at the end of each month. Typical price is $10 per occurance for daytime 6 hour blocks, and $15 per night for overnight parking as defined above.

f) Vehicle Restrictions

Only licensed, operational, non-commercial vehicles will be permitted to park on the property.
